Marven Cabling, MD
Dr. Marven Cabling’s journey in medicine is defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a global perspective on patient wellness. Originally from the Philippines, where he earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of the Philippines in Manila, Dr. Cabling moved to the United States to complete a rigorous residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut. His specialized expertise was further honed through prestigious fellowships in Geriatric Medicine at UCLA and Rheumatology at Loma Linda University (LLU) in Southern California. This extensive training has made him a rare "triple threat" in the field, maintaining active board certifications in all three specialties via the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Cabling’s professional path reflects a deep commitment to both clinical leadership and academic advancement. Before arriving in Nevada, he spent six years as a dedicated rheumatologist at Providence Health in Spokane, Washington. He later returned to Southern California to shape the next generation of physicians, serving as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and the Associate Program Director of the Rheumatology fellowship program at LLU. During this time, he also served as the Medical Director of the Ambulatory Infusion Center at Loma Linda University Medical Center and contributed to the international medical community as a member of the American College of Rheumatology’s Global Engagement Committee.
Now bringing his wealth of experience to the Greater Las Vegas area, Dr. Cabling focuses his passion on treating complex inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and psoriatic arthritis. His philosophy is rooted in "whole-person care," moving beyond simple symptom management to treat the individual behind the diagnosis. Whether he is managing intricate infusion therapies or helping a patient regain their mobility, Dr. Cabling’s goal is to provide the Las Vegas community with the precision, expertise, and compassionate care required to hit the target on long-term health and vitality.
Victoria Hughes, NP
With over 11 years of experience on the front lines of healthcare, Victoria brings a wealth of clinical depth and a passion for patient advocacy to the field of Rheumatology. Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she has spent the last four years specializing in the complexities of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Her diverse background is her greatest strength; before focusing on Rheumatology, she honed her skills in high-stakes environments including Intensive Care (ICU), Medical-Surgical and Orthopedic units, and IV Infusion Centers. This breadths of experience ensures she approaches every patient with a sharp clinical eye and a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process.
Victoria’s commitment to excellence began early in her academic career, where she graduated with high honors from Daytona State College with her Associate degrees. She continued her journey at the University of Central Florida, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, before achieving her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. This rigorous educational foundation, paired with her hands-on expertise in orthopedic and infusion care, allows her to provide nuanced, high-level support for patients navigating chronic conditions.
Now a vital part of the clinical team, Victoria is dedicated to delivering the "whole-person" care that defines our practice. She combines her technical mastery of infusion therapies and orthopedic recovery with a compassionate approach, ensuring that every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered on their path to wellness.
Paige Lewless, DNP
A true Las Vegas local, Paige has spent her career at the intersection of high-level science and compassionate advocacy. After beginning her journey in the fast-paced world of critical care at a local hospital, she earned her Master’s and later her Doctoral degree from the University of South Alabama. Her clinical evolution is a testament to her curiosity; she moved from the ICU to serving veterans and geriatric patients, eventually developing a deep expertise in nephrology. It was here, while managing complex renal conditions, that she discovered a fascination with the way autoimmune diseases impact the entire body. This passion for understanding inflammatory processes led her to specialize in Rheumatology, where she now focuses on helping patients navigate the intricacies of autoimmune health.
Beyond her clinical practice, Paige is a dedicated educator and mentor. She serves as an instructor of nursing and CPR, guiding the next generation of medical and nursing students with the same precision she applies to patient care. Her philosophy is rooted in the "whole-person" approach—she believes that peak health outcomes are only possible when we address the physical, mental, and emotional components of a diagnosis. For Paige, patient education is the ultimate tool for empowerment; she strives to ensure every individual she treats leaves with a clear roadmap to hitting their personal health goals.
When she isn’t in the clinic or the classroom, Paige is deeply embedded in the Las Vegas community she has called home since childhood. Raised with a dual appreciation for the competitive spirit of sports and the creativity of the culinary arts, she balances her professional life with a commitment to service. Whether she is volunteering with local animal rescues, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, or Remote Area Medical, her focus remains on giving back. A member of numerous prestigious organizations—including the American College of Rheumatology and the Nevada Advanced Practice Nurses Association—Paige brings a formidable blend of academic rigor and local heart to our team.
